As a tourism operator, it is important to keep up-to-date with the latest trends, statistics (e.g. visitor arrivals, visitor satisfaction), issues and opportunities for your business. It is also important to know where to go to for further tourism business training. Sometimes it’s not always easy to know who to ask when you have a specific question, or find out ‘who does what’ and may be of help to you. This ‘Resources’ section of the Toolkit is like a treasure trove of information. We have included a variety of databases, industry reports, country reports, lists of visitor information offices, statistical information (e.g. visitor statistics etc), tourism industry information, and Pacific Island information. We have included a “Who do I ask?” section and a set of tourism and business training institutions.
