Cultural and heritage tourism is a fruitful collaboration involving art galleries, museums, historic houses, heritage trails, national parks, archaeological sites, public art works, memorials, commemorative events, community festivals, cultural traditions, science centres, visitor centres and heritage centres, their host communities, public sector bodies and business.

Areas of interest include:

Working with heritage organisations, museums and art galleries, communities, individuals, small businesses and local government to assist in the planning and management of heritage and cultural tourism assets and activities
Identifying and monitoring economic, social, cultural and environmental contributions to community well-being generated through heritage and cultural resources
Participant satisfaction, service quality & behavioural intentions of visitors, sponsors, tourism operators and other stakeholders in heritage and cultural organisations
Capacity building and volunteer management for community heritage operations
Local, national and cross-national policy contexts for heritage and cultural tourism
